Dowdy Ranch

Great hunting and/or cattle ranch only minutes from downtown Wichita Falls just south of Hwy 82 west of Jolly. Duck Creek runs north to south through the middle of the ranch with large trees. Two large cultivated fields, one is in costal Bermuda hay. Several large stock tanks and the creek has many water holes for watering cattle and wildlife. Set of pens that are shared with the neighbor are in fair condition. Exterior fences are good and interior are fair. Current survey is in file and will be provided to buyer.
