This farm is 177.1+/- acres of dryland with plans to be farmed throughout the 2022 season. Located just to the west of Bull Lake, Arvana fine sandy loam makes up the majority of the property, while Midessa and Mansker loam can also be found throughout with frequency. The current tenant will have the opportunity to compete any offers brought forward, but does not directly have right of refusal.
