Dryland Farm in Carson County
This is a very nice dryland farm located just six (6) miles Southeast of White Deer, Texas. It is mostly flat with a low lying grassland area in the Southeast portion of the property. With silty clay loam soils and a 1 to 3 percent slope on the remaining farmland, its a good location for the production of dryland winter wheat and spring cotton. This property is easily accessible from FM 293 via West Line County Road which also runs along the Eastern boundary. Baggerman Road (Gray County) and County Road 12 (Carson County) run along the Southern Boundary Line.
