Duck Hunters Paradise

With over one mile of frontage on Beaver Dam Creek this property is loaded with deer, turkey and loads of ducks. The 100 acres of high ground was cut in 2014 leaving a rim of trees on the perimeter as well as oaks scattered throughout the cutover. The remainder of the property is low land that was cut in 2001 with 23 acres of mature hardwood. There is also a big roost pond on the creek.
