This hunting & timber investment is located a few miles west of Abbeville and just north of Highway 10. The property was recently replanted in loblolly pine plantation. The planted pines provide thick bedding cover that holds a lot of game. Pines are still young enough to create infrastructure such as establishing additional roads and new food plots relatively easily. Acreage in this area does not come to market often.
