A healthy population of wildlife call this property home and the cool waters of Shady Branch cater to their needs. The timber on the property has been sold and is scheduled to be harvested this year (2019). Not only will the harvest open the views of the river even more, but the resulting regeneration of vegetation will continue to attract wildlife from all sides.
