The interior of the 17 rooms are tastefully decorated with a Catskills lodge theme in mind and finished off with tongue and groove knotty pine. Each room has a breathtaking view of the Delaware River and the distant Point Mountain. The layout of the motel rooms consist of 15 rooms with two double beds, 1 unit with a queen bed, and 1 unit with 2 double beds and a single bed. Located directly in the center of the motel is the manager's living quarters which consists of 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths with a full kitchen, living room, dining room and the main office is directly attached. The manager's living quarters is a very comfortable living space that has a large deck on the back side overlooking the river valley with some amazing views. This space has been occupied in the past by the current owners.

Some of the amenities in the motel rooms include: refrigerator, microwave, wi-fi, cable, flat screen TV, heat and air conditioning units. There is a designated main office located in the center of the motel with an additional ice and vending machine room one door down. Under the manager's living quarters is a full walkout basement with a small break room area, potable water storage tanks, commercial washer/dryer, water softener, and a storage area for motel supplies.
