Evans Rd. Farm - cattle grazing, good water well & fences

This 270 +/- acre farm is located west of Farmers Valley in Hardeman County, Texas, just south of the the paved FM 392. It has good fences and a new water well, which is 60' deep and can produce approximately 10 gpm. The land is primarily native grasses and has recently been grubbed of mesquites. Two waterways have coastal bermuda grass in them. The owner broke out 93 acres on the north side and sews it in wheat for winter grazing.

On the south end is a metal pole barn used as a cattle shed. A set of wooden pens is located near the barn too. There are 27 acres of native pasture in the southwest corner, which is basically one big ravine wash, with mesquite trees. The fences are good on all parts of the farm except for along the road where this block of native pasture is. The owner doesn't graze this 27 acres, but it could be used for hunting.
