Very nice timbered parcel with tons of deer sign. I saw several scrapes from last year as well as several rubs. Some of the scrapes were very large and hard to miss with licking branches were broken hanging down on each one. The property has a swampy bog in the center that creates some very natural funnels where the deer trails are very noticeable There are permanent ground blinds with excellent shooting lanes providing shots out to 150 yds in some spots. The timber has never been cut and there are a significant number of mature large oak trees already dropping acorns. There is a trail system through the property that is in great shape and easy to travel on. This is an excellent hunting parcel as the bean fields around the property had a good number of deer in them when I walked it including a bachelor group of 5 bucks together eating beans.
