WATER: Approximately 1,500 ft of lake frontage on Richland Chambers, which is a water reservoir with almost 65 square miles of water surface and is used for recreation and water supply. It is actually the 3rd largest lake in Texas according to surface area. There are 3 ponds on the property, one of which is stocked for fish. The ranch also features a pump system used to pump water from the lake for watering the yard. There are great views of the lake from all around the house and lake front areas, as well as great views of the lake on the entire drive in along the road!
