Falcon 40

This 40-acre tract has a little of everything. It is bisected by Chinquapin Brake, which has a unbelievable stand of old cypress. Tucked into the corner of one opening is an elevated duck blind. Outside of the brake are 24.3 acres of cropland that can be used for food plots or rented out for farming.
