This property is a short drive south of the brand new Clear Sky Resort. While that specific resort is located several miles north, there were a couple of the same type of dome cabins on the road to the property. If you look at the way the roads are uniquely designed in that area between the highway and this parcel, Its pretty apparent that there is more than one outfit building luxury Glamping destinations in the area.
The land it self is pretty level, but there is a slope up in the NE corner which appears to get filled up with water during heavy rains or snow-melt. The best part (in my opinion) is that youre only 30 minutes from I-40 and the town of Williams, but also only about 30-40 minutes from the entrance to the Grand Canyon. All-in-all, this one property is pretty sweet.
