Description: This irrigated land is located in the northwest quadrant of Floyd County Texas, approximately 12 miles east of Plainview Texas. There is a half section on the north side of FM 1782 with a perimeter barbed wire fence, and a cross fence through the center of property. There are a total of 11 irrigation wells that are producing a combined total of 1500-1600 gallons of water per minute. The wells consist of mostly 25 HP and 20 HP submergible pumps. Well depths are approximately 350-360. All wells are tied together with high pressure plastic underground tile to the sprinklers. This allows a person to move the water where it is needed. The tenant currently runs 3 pivots at the same time. There are 4- Zimmatic, 7 tower sprinkler systems. The sprinklers are 8-10 year old. All systems have tall tires, drops, and standard panel controls. All sprinklers appear to be in good working condition. Typical crops grown in this area include cotton, corn, sorghum, wheat, and other cattle forages. This land is mostly level with 97.8% of the soils being either Pullman clay loam with 0-1% slopes, or Estacado clay loam with 0-1% slopes. See attached soil map. Base and yield information will be forthcoming on websites.
