SCOTT LAND COMPANY, LLC BEN G. SCOTT / KRYSTAL M. NELSON DIMMITT, TEXAS A HISTORY Ben G. Scott graduated from Texas Tech University in 1965 and obtained a real estate license in the Spring of 1966. Ben was first licensed with Gibson Real Estate & Insurance in Hereford, Texas and obtained his Broker's license in June of 1967 and is currently a Broker in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. Ben worked with Gibson Real Estate and continued farming in the Dimmitt area for many years and opened Scott Land Company in 1980. Ben's daughter, Krystal M. Nelson, obtained her license in 1997 and is now a Broker in Texas, New Mexico and Colorado with Scott Land Company, LLC and is our Qualifying Broker in New Mexico. Scott Land Company currently has 12 agents with over 100 years of combined experience and have many times that experience in farming and ranching. Our agents also have experience in investing, banking, implement dealership, irrigation service, etc. Scott Land Company's emphasis is on agriculture-related properties, i.e. ranches, farms, dairies, feedyards, and grain elevators and has expanded into the residential and recreation markets. We have handled the sale of a number of ranches both large and small in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Colorado and many farms, mainly in the panhandle area of Texas for over five decades. We are dedicated to the real estate business.
