The Highway 67 tract (Listing #4562) is 142.5 acres located four (4) miles south of Malvern and is described as Part of S of NE, Part of N of SE, Section 8; Part of SW of NW, Part of NW of SW, Section 9, all located in Township 5 South, Range 17 West, containing a total of 142.5 acres, more or less, Hot Spring County, Arkansas (see attached maps). Access is over one-quarter-mile of frontage on Highway 67 plus interior woods roads. Timber consists of native pine and hardwood with a pine plantation along the northwest portion of tract. Property contains multiple creeks and old fish hatchery ponds. Electricity is available on site. Highway 67 Tract is ideal for duck/deer hunting, fish and timberland investment.

The Fowler Road tract (Listing #4575) is located four and one-half (4) miles south of Malvern and described as S of SW, Section 8; NW of NW, Section 17; all located in Township 5 South, Range 17 West, containing a total of 120 acres, more or less, Hot Spring County, Arkansas (see attached maps). Access is from gated Fowler Road from north and woods road through Highway 67 property. Timber consists of pine plantation ready for a thinning with multiple products. Fowler Road Tract is perfect for a Timberland Investment Property.

Fowler Road Directions: On Highway 67 about 3 miles south of Malvern, turn west at Calvary Baptist Church on to paved Ford Road. Travel 0.6 mile on Ford Road, then turn right (west) on Upper Etta Road (gravel). Continue on Upper Etta Road 0.6 mile then turn left (south) at gated Fowler Road before railroad tracks (Combo 5-7-5-7). Continue for about 1 mile to Kingwood sign; 4WD vehicle may be needed.
