1. Parcel #1-South Ranch Information:
a.The ranch can be accessed approximately twelve miles east of Santa Rosa, New Mexico on Interstate Highway 40 to Exit #284 thence north from Interstate Highway 40 across the railroad tracks and immediately east into the southwest corner of the ranch. a.The ranch can be accessed approximately twelve miles east of Santa Rosa, New Mexico on Interstate Highway 40 to Exit #284 thence north from Interstate Highway 40 across the railroad tracks and immediately east into the southwest corner of the ranch. This ranch can also be accessed approximately 19 miles east of Santa Rosa, New Mexico on Interstate Highway 40 to Exit #291 (Cuervo Exit) thence north from Interstate Highway 40 on the Mesa Del Gato county road across the railroad tracks thence west off of the Mesa Del Gato road approximately three tenths of a mile to the southeast corner of the ranch.

c.The ranch is fenced and crossed fenced with barbed wire cedar post with some steel t-post.

a.This ranch is located approximately 19 miles east of Santa Rosa, New Mexico on Interstate Highway 40 to the Mesa Del Gato Road exit at Cuervo, New Mexico, thence seven miles north of Cuervo to the south boundary of the ranch thence on north through the eastern part of the ranch.

d.The ranch is watered by three wells thought to be approximately 100-150 in depth with water being pumped by two windmills and one submersible electric motor and pump in the well at the headquarters together with many earthen dams (dirt tanks in Texas).
e.Improvements at the headquarters consist of one older home of stone construction with metal roof, one shop building of stone construction, one barn/saddle house of stone construction, one set of steel pens and a loading/unloading chute of wood construction. There is electricity, telephone and propane fuel used at the headquarters.
f.Access to and through the ranch is provided by county road.
