This tract was clean harvested in 2003 and replanted in February 2005 with 2nd gen Loblolly Pine on an 8 by 8 spacing. The tract has had excellent survival. Prior to planting the tract was herbicide sprayed. The plantation is large enough that a first thinning could be conducted in 2019 or 2020. The property has great access by was of Davis Hunting Club Rad (Forestry Road 9838) off of Bruce Trail Road.
