Improved interior roads total 7.4 miles and lead from the entrance to the Colorado River frontage. Colorado River frontage totals four miles. In addition to the river, multiple other waterways wind their way throughout the ranch: Davis Hollow Creek (1.5 + miles), Buzzards Roost Creek (1.1 + miles), Ashby Branch (3,000 + feet), and Sycamore Creek (3,500 + feet). Panoramic views of Lake Buchanan, the Colorado River, and of a large waterfall give this ranch the added advantage of having the some of the greatest views in Texas Hill Country.
