LOCATION:

WILDLIFE:

Although these deer are found all over the state, they are best in the brush of south Texas. TERRAIN:

The terrain on the ranch is your typical flat south Texas brush, characterized by plains of thorny shrubs, cactuses, with mixed areas of grassland.

IMPROVEMENTS:

While the ranch is mostly unimproved, the Guajillo Ranch does have a few cattle pens and a shed that will convey, making it easy to keep cattle on the property for its next buyer.
