Our photographer stated, this is a pretty little lot that has a good size arroyo running through it. It's lightly sloping with tall pine trees. The electric is right on the back of the Property line. Very easy to tap into. City water is along the front of the road. It's close to town and just a few blocks from the Golf Course and the Golf Course restaurant. There is an area along the S. Side of the lot that could be a good place to build a cabin, but trees would need to be cleared first. The other side is an arroyo. There are neighbors on both sides. No cell service.
