Hansford 960

Hansford County farm located 2 miles south of Spearman, Tx. with the west boundry on HWY 760. Fully developed farm with most development occuring in 2011. There are 5 irrigation wells producing 3,000 gpm with 3 of the wells drilled in 2011. Each well is equipped with an electric hollow shaft motor and soft start panel with 4 motors at 150 hp and 1 motor at 200 hp. The farm has 2- 2011 Zimmatic 8 tower, 1/4 mile sprinklers with kill switches tied to the electric motors that feed sprinkler and nozzled at 700 gpm each running simultaneously. There is 1 - 1/2 mile T&L sprinkler nozzled at 1600 gpm. The farm also has 2 submergible wells used for stock water and tied in to 2 sets of stock tanks. the stock tanks are equipped with electric heaters. There is a set of working pens and a 5 strand, barbed wire fence in excellent condition with 2 steel gates along pavement.
