This tract is located along Red Store Hill Road, just west of LA 121. The property runs from Bayou Jean de Jean to the top of the hill, and includes Dark Neal Cemetery. Red Store Hill Road bisects the property approximately halfway up the hill. A transmission line runs through the property.

Tract 2 37 acres
This triangular tract is located behind a house to the east and approximately 1,000 feet north of Red Store Hill Road where a small camp is located. Access to the tract is through a woods road that has been used for timber harvesting in the past. There is no deeded access to this tract.
The timber on this tract is a fairly young, mixed pine/hardwood stand with pine pulpwood and small sawtimber. There is a mixture of loblolly and shortleaf pines growing on the property, along with mixed hardwoods.
