Hickory County Mo 80 Acres Recreational Land

This is a great 80 acre recreational tract with some very nice hardwood timber north of Wheatland Mo. It has county road frontage and has some beautiful views looking out across the pomme de terre river valley to the east. You can put a boat in at Sapps Landing only minutes away. The lake from here is only 15 minutes. There will be some very good hunting here for deer and turkey. While out walking the land I came across lots of deer rubs and turkey scratching in the leaves.
