New road structures from valley into hills (best for 4x4 vehicles). These roads have been driven by full sized pickup but not recommended. The road connects the airstrip valley with the rugged and gorgeous Bat Cave Valley. (There is a magnificent Bat Cave on this ranch)
Water:
Cedar Creek, with 3,400+- feet of live water frontage, flows year round. This spring originates on the ranch just north of this exquisite property. The water come from two creeks that are extremely strong with multiple spring sources. The upper portion of the creek on this ranch has some beautiful waterfall features.
