Hilltop Retreat Ranch

The 58 acre Hilltop Retreat Ranch is 40 miles southwest of Rocksprings, Texas and is accessed via an easement road near US-377. The ranch is under an hour and a half away from Del Rio, 50 miles from the Devils Sinkhole State Natural Area, 71 miles from Kickapoo Cavern State Park, and about three hours to San Antonio.

Completed in 2018, a 512 square-foot cabin with one bedroom stands just inside the entrance of the property. A large generator is in place that has hardly ever been used and electric is about a mile away. Water can be transported from a shared well on the county road. There is almost 1,000 feet of wet-weather creek on the southeastern corner of the property. A large header dam located along the wet weather creek can collect significant rainfall, and in past years has created an added water source. Pinon pines and live oaks are abundant throughout the property.
