This 1530 acres is only about 5 miles from The Terry exit off I-55 . When you get to Rosemary rd ( its paved ) it will be on both sides of the rd for 2.3 miles before the rd dead ends into the Pearl River.

This place is a hunters paradise with miles of frontage on the Pearl River and oxbow lakes for ducks and fish. The big stands of hardwood and pine mix makes for great Turkey habitat.
