It looks like nobody has been driving on it lately and you will need to drive on it to wear it in. If you are going to build a residence, you can ask the county whether they will maintain the road or whether you should use your equipment to grade in the 200 yards or so to the intersecting street.
You can camp or RV on your property for up to 3 months per year while you hold it for investment, or you can build your dream residence.
Most lots in this area do not have electricity available. These two are only about 220 yards from electric lines. You can contact the Central New Mexico Electrical Cooperative for a quote. We are told that water wells in this area are as little as 150 to 300 feet deep. You can contact a well driller to see if thats a good option for you, or you can have water hauled in.
