Hunt Road North Tract

This tract consists of both clear-cut and standing timber. The clear-cut portion is approximately two-thirds of the property and has been replanted with loblolly. There is a wet weather creek that meanders along the low-lying central portion with standing timber. The high terrain on the north side of the property has an outstanding view. This could also double as a recreational or investment property.
