Nice hunting land with Silver Creek flowing through the north side of the property. There is a gated entrance that leads into a clearing, which would make for a great future building site.  There is a 7x20 bunkhouse that's wired with electric for generator use, and it has a heater and stove with propane hookups. There is also a storage container that would serve well for all your hunting gear. The southern portion of the property consists of mature aspen, with some scattered maple and birch and is bordered by a power line. With Silver Creek running through the north end of the property, there is a lot of thick brushy areas, that create awesome wildlife habitat. Aspen is the primary timber across much of the central part of the property.
