Imperial Canal Tracts

Two separate tracts located approximately 1 mile west of Imperial, just before you cross the Pecos River. Both properties are landlocked with access being along the irrigation canal easement. Given it's proximity to Imperial, these could easily be places to set up for camping, ATV trails, or just a quiet place to watch the sunset! There's a slight chance you might have the occasional deer or hog or possibly some dove fly by! The two parcels add up to 79 total acres.
