This farm is located just east of Moonshine and south of Martinsville. It is made up of a 38-acre tract that is over half tillable and CRP that provides a nice return on your investment. Southwest of the 38 is the all timber 20 that has some old growth oak and other hardwoods. Willow Creek cuts through the west side of the 20 and provides a nice travel route for the whitetail.
