However, old roads at the edge of the fields and along the river are able to be driven. Some stretches of fence are good but other parts may need repairing and replacing. The old homestead farmhouse and outbuildings are in poor shape and have very little value. There are no water wells on the property nor is there a public water supply available. The water used by the former occupants of the old home probably came from the stock tank, the river and/or a cistern that collected rainwater. Electricity is on the property.
