There are several drainages on the ranch and one unnamed creek that runs South to North thru the property. Currently flowing on the South and North end, with possible lake locations being present. Ranch has been cleared of most of the cedar and this has allowed for the Live Oaks, Post Oaks Cedar Elms, Pecan & various other native trees to flourish as well as the grass cover.
