JCR Feedlot

This well-maintained, custom designed feedlot has a 10,000-head capacity. The pond and permit allow for an additional 15,000-head. The feedlot is situated on 311 acres +/-. On the west quarter section there is a newer pivot installed for de watering the lagoon. Improvements include two large farm implement buildings, loafing sheds, grain storage, and several outbuildings. There is an small residence/office on site. JCR Feedlot is located off Highway 14, west of Sterling, Colorado with easy access to several eastern Colorado thoroughfares.
