Building site for a cattle or horse farm, good pasture, needs some clean up from overgrown brush. One stock pond with several area's for an additional pond or more. Well maintained County Road, new water line recently installed near the property. The old house place at the corner is not part of this 57 acres, it goes with the place across the road ( East ) side of road. Electricity available, deer and hogs seen often on this place as well as other game native for this part of the North Texas area.

From Paris, TX off the SouthEast Loop 286, take FM 905 South for approx. 4.75 miles and take a right on CR 12200 for approx. 1/2 mile and take a left on CR 13600 for approx. 1.50 miles to property on the right ( West ) side of the road. Sign is at the gate, don't drive on the property if wet, you will need a tractor to get out.
