Excellent recreational property mostly wooded but does have some open land on it. Mack creek runs through the property. The timber ranges from young natural stand to very mature pine and hardwood. The property has a large pole barn style shed approx 50x40 with concrete floor. At the front it used to be a old concrete plant so there's lots of different size concrete pads poured already the old office building is in very bad shape but could be brought back to life with some work. Excellent hunting for deer & hogs all property lines have been dozed out with the exception of one line. New survey and current timber exemption in place.
