KIAMICHI MTN HUNTING LAND 80 ACRES

LOCATION: Central Eastern Oklahoma in LeFlore County and in the heart of the Kiamichi Mountains. This land is about 45 mi South from the city of Poteau. Dallas is about 4 hrs. Oklahoma City is about 3.5 hrs. Tulsa is about 2.5 hrs. Ft. Smith, Ark is about 1.5 hrs.

LAND: This is rugged mountain-type land suitable for camping, hiking or as a timber farm. The highest point on the land is about 2,200 ft msl with the lowest point being about 1,500 ft msl (see topo map). At the point where the road runs atop Kiamichi mountain, the land runs down the North side of the mountain for mile in distance. The terrain is rather steep for about mile where there is a bench or plateau of mostly level land estimated to be about 20 acres in size. The land is all heavily wooded with a host of hardwoods native to this area, red cedar and yellow pine being the most plentiful.
