In addition, there are three domestic Austin Chalk wells, one near the residence and another near the barn. Both of these wells service the residence if needed. The third well is located near the south end of the property and services the recreational lake area and small mobile home at the lake. The pivot acreage currently leases for $125 per acre per year and the furrow acreage for $50 per acre per year.

Improvements:

-There is a three bedroom house located on the property, with approximately 3000+ square feet. It has three baths, living room, dining room, kitchen with large utility room and two car garage. It is currently being leased for $1,100/month.
