Terrain & Creek: Honestly, some of the most beautiful water in Texas! Over 4 miles of beautiful Pinto Creek frontage with 2 miles of this frontage being on both sides of the creek. Big Pecans and Live oak covered bottomland with plenty of brush cover. There are 3 concrete dams on the creek with some large holes of water. Hunting: The La Fonda is known for its great hunting. There is approximately 590 acres in a separate pasture on the far eastern part of the ranch that is completely high fenced. Then there is approximately 674 acres on the east side of Pinto Creek which is in low pasture fencing. The balance of the ranch which is on both sides of the creek contain approximately 2736 acres in high fence. The high fenced pastures include very nice Whitetail deer population with good genetics released 5-6 years ago. (See picture attached). There are also excellent Axis deer, Fallow, a few Nilgai, Blackbuck Antelope, Red Stag and Aoudad. All game animals have been under an MLD program. Owners blinds and feeders are negotiable.

Water: There are 3 solar pumps and one submersible well on the east side of Pinto Creek. There is a pond on the west side of Pinto Creek on the western fence line that is supplied by water from a neighbor/shared pipeline system. Also, on the west side of the ranch is an artesian seep, and some troughs on a pipeline system.
