With the tillable acreace on the west side of the creek, there is no doubt where these birds will want to fly down in the mornings. There are a couple great food plot locations on the east side of the creek to allow a couple more strutting locations and a little extra feed for not only the deer, but the turkeys!

Without a doubt the most intriguing part of this great property, is the waterfowl possibilities. This property sits about as flat as can be. Part of it also stays fairly wet year round. The area has mulitple big bodies of water to hold birds throughout the season.
