Lamb County Irrigated Farm

This irrigated farm is located just north of Earth in Lamb County. The property features a Reinke sprinkler system irrigating 120 acres, supported by a submersible well producing approximately 100 gallons per minute. The south half is currently planted in fall wheat, while the north half has a new wheat crop.

The farm is leased to a neighboring tenant for the current crop year; however, the tenant is open to being bought out of the wheat and relinquishing possession before a summer crop is planted. The corners are in cultivation. The land consists primarily of fine sandy loams, with 60 acres of Olton loam on the south side.
