Lamb Irrigated Land

Description: Tract 1 has 4 irrigation wells that are equipped with electric submersible pumps consisting of 1-10 HP, 1-15 HP, 1-20 HP, and 1-25 HP. Well depths are between 310-340. All pumps are in good working condition. There are 2 Reinke Sprinkler systems. The sprinklers are older units but have been well cared for and appear to be in good working condition. The current tenant states that he runs one sprinkler at a time with approximately 320-360 total gallons of water per minute. County Road 30 is the north boundary; County Road 44 is the south boundary. Corn, milo, and cotton are the current crops. Grass is planted on most of the corners. The farm is mostly/very level.
