LBJ Land

This is a 17 acre tract of land on Runion Rd. in Tom Green County. It is located on the top of a hill where most of Tom Green County can be viewed. This section is fenced on four sides. It includes a barn with working pens. The pens include a squeeze chute and a concrete water trough. There is a concrete slab in part of the barn and it has some roughed in plumbing. The original plan was to create an office in the barn. There is plumbing for a shower, vanity and toilet in this space. There is also a septic tank for the office. All of this needs to be completed. There is an electric pole with a security light above the barn.
