The Lilly Martin Impoundment Tract is sited along the headwaters of Jacks Creek, and there is no shortage of waterfowl in the area, thanks to its proximity to Lake Marion, the Santee Waterfowl Refuge, and other privately owned impoundments in the area. The 56.39 acres tract features 3 impoundments fed by an 8" three phase well, which is equipped with a 30 hp motor for quick and efficient flooding, with easy water level control provided by a series of Agri-drain systems. The fields are planted and crops are looking fantastic! Plantings include Corn, Japanese and Chiwapa millet, and Chufa in the largest pond.
