Limestone Creek

Limestone Creek is a 687 acre, first time on the market family plantation, located in eastern Washington County along Francis Bridge Rd. and Salter Rd. This tract is a mixture of natural and planted pine stands, hardwood pine, hardwood branch and natural hardwood regeneration. The southern portion of the property is bordered by Limestone Creek and the northern boundary is Gin Branch. These hardwood branches are lined with a mixture of oaks, maples and various other hardwood trees.

There are 40 acres of 1998 planted pine on the north side of this tract and 40 acres of 2003 planted pine on the south side. In addition, there are 180 acres of 2003 natural regeneration on the south side. 211 acres was clear cut in 2021 and will be ready for replanting.
