Lover's Lane Tract

The Lover's Lane tract consists of 48 acres +/- within the city limits of Bald Knob, Arkansas on the northeast side of town. Located at the intersection of Lover's lane and Highway 367 providing paved access and utilities. One irrigation well on the property that was used to irrigate approx. 20 acres +/- of rice in the 2018 farm season. The farmland could remain in row crop or converted into pastureland.
