Water: Has Calebee Creek and its branches that flow through the property

Wildlife: Excellent deer, turkey, and duck habitat. Some water backs up in a oxbow at times providing for great duck hunting

Comments: Great property for its size and hard to find such a diverse tract. The hunting, according to the owner, has been everything and more that he hoped it would be. It is also a excellent timber investment with the existing pine and hardwood timber.
