4840 acres located in Barber Co.,Kansas. All native grass except 200 acres of cultivation which is adjacent to a small creek on the southern part of the ranch. The acreage is all contiguous and only Mingonia road goes through the east side of the ranch. The topography of the ranch is slightly rolling and only has a few ravines. Access through the ranch is easily done with a 4x4 vehicle. Oilfield roads meander through the west part of the ranch. The ranch is very open for this area and does not have a large infestation of cedars that many of the ranches in this area has. There are a few severe ravines in the northwest part of the ranch.
The grass is in good shape. Grasses are buffalo, hairy gramma , blue gramma, sideoats gramma, big bluestem , indian grass and switch grass.There has been no hunting on this property for over 30 years.
