The guest cabin was built in 1986 and is a total of 1152 sq ft. It has a wraparound deck and a washer/dryer. It has a full kitchen and bathroom on the main level and a sink and toilet in the basement. It has 2 gas stoves and one wood stove. 

The rustic one room cabin includes a wood stove and a screened in porch. The full RV hook up has a covered roof for your camper. The dimensions are 48 ft long, 16'8" wide and has a 13 ft clearance. 

The log home exceeds the national building code with additional roof support for snow load, including 6 x 12 Douglas Fir beams. The foundation is 12" steel reinforced poured concrete block foundation. The owner thought of everything, including an additional septic line to the drain field. Also, an auxiliary line to the well. The well is 30 gpm and there is another well at the guest house and rustic cabin. In addition to wood heat, this home has two propane furnaces, two hot water heaters, and two 500-gallon propane tanks. There is also central air conditioning. 

All exterior decking and steps are Tiger wood. Interior flooring is Bella wood Australian Cypress. The massive custom fireplace is made with natural fieldstone. The windows and doors are all custom Anderson windows. 

The approximately 8 acres around the main log home has been "parked out." In front of the rustic cabin and guest cabin is an open field for animals, which is around 10 acres. 

Just minutes from the quaint town of Trout Creek, off a paved, county-maintained road. Quick access to USFS and great fishing on the Noxon Reservoir and smaller trout streams. This area has abundant wildlife, including elk, moose, white tail deer, mule deer, bears, mountain lions, bald eagles, wild geese, and osprey. 

This is an extremely quiet, private, residential area. The home is at the end of the road and surrounded by large parcels that border USFS.
