Mc Gilvery Lake Acreage

Bet this one fits a few dreams. About 6 wooded acres located on a gravel road. Woods are poplars, maples, few beech and a couple pines. Lots of ridges and valleys, bit of a two track winding up thru the hills. Looked like a nice spot to see a few deer and turkeys, maybe pick a mushroom or two. Nice flat area out front at the road to build that little cabin you always wanted. Then again you might decide to wander on up that two track. Take a little stroll to the top of the hill an overlook the lake across the road.

Lake you say? Yep, nice quiet 40 acre, electric motor only lake. Good fishing I hear, walleye, pike, bass, and panfish. Hear tell if you get up a little early, wander out front with that first cup of coffee you just might get to listen to the loons serenade the sunrise.
